I am a dietetic student attending the University of Connecticut as a nutritional studies major to pursue dietetics, so I have a lot on my plate besides cheese.

I started my food blog in April, 2020, a few weeks after the covid-19 quarantine started. I have always been interested in health and wellness and this was the perfect way to express myself. I made a charcuterie board for my blog and fell in love with the craft behind it.

I knew I wanted to turn this into a business that would allow me to share my passion with others.
